Some long-term plans
This is kind of an extension to my previous activities of splitting up articles between their Blade Runner and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (DADOES) counterparts.
I'm currently reading through the continuation novels by K.W. Jeter and adding information to the Wiki as I go along. Because some events in these novels conflict with what we're told in 2049, currently this information exists as 'click to expand' text (see Rick Deckard) and separate text boxes (see Rachael) which aren't ideal solutions. So, I've decided to also split articles into what I've christened the "Jeter continuity."
I won't start fully implementing this until I've finished the Jeter novels, which I expect to be sometime during the summer. To illustrate how I expect thi…
Deckard - Human or Replicant templates
Just for fun, I've added a couple of new templates to the Wiki to be displayed on user pages. These are designed to display your opinion in the famous debate over Deckard's true nature.
If you add , it will display this:

Future Noir, Paul M. Sammon - Extensive, Unpublished, 6-part Interview
Hey all;
Though I'd point out that I've started publishing an extensive, 6-part interview with author Paul M. Sammon (Future Noir: The Making of Blade Runner). The interview was conducted in 2007 for American Online, but it was never published. Until now.
I can't say for sure that there's heretofore unknown information revealed about the making of Blade Runner. Maybe minor things. You never know.
Here are the first 3 parts...

Let me tell you about my mother...
I feel sorry for Holden. Out of all the characters, he seems to be the one who takes the most beating.

Possible Sequel to Bladerunner
Hampton Fancher is planning to reconnect with the director of Blade Runner, Ridley Scott, to discuss a possible sequel.
According to a statement released yesterday, Fancher and Scott had originally intended for the film to be a trilogy--this says promising things about the possibility of a sequel!
What do you think? Will the sequel be as good as the original? Do you think the sequel will happen? Comment below!

Blade Runner Revival
There will be a second Blade Runner! It's still unclear whether we'll be seeing a Blade Runner "sequel, prequel, reboot, or spinoff," according to Huffington Post. What we do know is that Ridley Scott who directed the original Blade Runner will be back to share a whole new vision with us.
The next biggest question is if Harrison Ford, the star of the original will consent to return. Or is it time for a fresh face? Are you excited for the remake of Blade Runner? Tell us what you think!
Blade Runner sequel/prequel in the works
You may have heard there's a REMAKE in the works, but this is absolutely false (sigh or relief...). Fortunately for all fans of the original film and of cinema in general, Philip K. Dick precluded any remakes of the original film in the licensing agreement. So what's all the remake talk about? The real story is that the producers of The Blind Side have optioned the sequel and prequel books from Bud Yorkin, who was an executive producer on the original film.
The 1982 cult classic, directed by Ridley Scott and starring Harrison Ford, was set in a future- the year (2019- where man has created clones called replicants who are used for dangerous work. When they rebel on a space colony, replicants are banned and hunted down by policemen called Blad…

I found this original ending on youtube. Check it out. Would love to hear other people's thoughts on it.
